DRINKS PAIRING LAUNCH NIGHT

To celebrate our 8th year of business, we are thrilled to announce the launch of an exquisite wine pairing, crafted to complement our nine-course Tasting Menu.


Join us on for this exclusive event where you can be among the first to indulge in a culinary journey paired with wines hand-selected from small, boutique producers across the globe. Each wine has been chosen for its unique flavour profile and commitment to sustainable practices, enhancing your dining experience with rare and exceptional selections.


On this special launch night, you will have the unique opportunity to meet and interact with our Executive Chef, Norman Fenton of Cariño restaurant in Chicago, who has meticulously designed our Tasting Menu. Additionally, our owner, Karen Young, along with our dedicated wine suppliers, will be present to share their insights and passion.


We are offering tables for groups of 1-8 people, with optional wine pairings that can be selected individually or for the entire group.
